Benjamin founded Oheb Law PLLC in 2017, concentrating his practice on all areas of transactional real estate law. A seasoned lawyer, Benjamin has extensive experience with all types of commercial and residential real estate transactions. His transactions include the financing, acquisitions, sales and leases for commercial and residential properties throughout New York City and the outer boroughs. Benjamin has represented landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, investors, developers, lenders and borrowers in a variety of real estate transactions. Benjamin's extensive knowledge and understanding of the New York real estate market provides his clients with a unique and advantageous business prospective.

Benjamin received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and received his B.S. in Economics from New York University.
